Japanese favors. We will teach you the most rened methods for making the following three items, which are economical, straightforward, and result in exceptional favors. Sample tastings will be provided for you to enjoy.
(1) White Miso and Edo Miso
(2) Amazake made with white and black koji
(3) Doburoku, a cloudy sake
