Come join us for a fun and educational Japanese Wellness Cooking Class! We’ll use fresh, seasonal ingredients to create a delicious Japanese-inspired Bento Box while learning a little about Yakuzen (薬膳)—the traditional idea of choosing foods that support your body and well-being.
Any cooking levels welcomed
